I have had a such great experience, this ideal, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. My new-fashioned room had a nice bathroom and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was rich and excellent with the burnt bacon, paying attention to little details. The private parking was in front of the property, good service.

The hotel was wonderful and little, I really enjoyed its exceptional staff. The venue was in a great and handy location just next door to close to railway station as well as the Rhine cruise terminals and main bus and train station. Also, the place was at a moderate distance from Joseph Gorres Denkmal Memorial.

The hotel offered great value for money and was located in a nice area. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms were equipped with modern ensuite bathrooms and wifi. Additionally, the breakfast was very well provided, except for the burnt bacon.

No specific improvements needed; all was ok.

Friendly, informal atmosphere, clean rooms and good breakfast choice. Staff were very polite and helpful. Very good for getting to both bus and train stations. About 5 minutes walk to the bank of the Rhine and about 10 minutes walk to the main shops and eating area.

Decor was a little dark in places, making corridors look very gloomy.

Although staying at the 5th floor (once set of stairs without elevator), it was a bit noisy. As often happens in Europe, the room gets stuffy if you leave the windows closed, as it's set up for cold temperatures - but it is summer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and had a modern ensuite bathroom with wifi. The breakfast provided was excellent, although the bacon could have been cooked better.

Everything was alright, no reasons to complain.

Location was good as we could walk into Koblenz.

We had motorbikes and were told we could park in a garage when we arrived we were told there was a nproblem with the car park and we had to leave bikes on the pavement outside, yet we could see cars in the car park so not sure what the problem was. Rooms small and a little dated, but clean and tidy so not a problem.

A very pleasant family run hotel with an excellent breakfast. 5 minute walk to Koblenz railway station and 20 minutes to city centre. A good stopover for those people travelling on Rhine or Moselle river cruises

It was a marvellous and handy location for us, very close to beautiful Rhine river. The staff has always been exceptional, and the facilities were newly renovated.

We had a decent stay at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. We were offered a bottle of water and a coffee machine in our room, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also quite good with plenty of options to choose from. The location was decent, not too far from attractions and public transport.

Our stay was tarnished by a few drawbacks. The rooms were quite noisy and warm, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Decent location close to city centre. Good price. On-site parking.

Somewhat unhelpful staff. When asked if he spoke English, the proprietor replied "sometimes". Room a little claustrophobic and in need of redecorating.

The hotel is close to the central railway station (the main reason why I chose it). The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Many things in the hotel are old although in a good condition. First time I saw "hard" (not electronic) key for a hotel room in European Union. The bathroom was uncomfortable, besides I had to wait rather long for the water to become hot.

Clean rooms, great view, good location near train station, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, sparkling water provided.
